Our Mission

At Marcell Project Housing Initiative,  

our mission is to empower communities and dismantle housing inequality by embedding long-term affordability, equity, and opportunity into the housing ecosystem.

We do this by partnering with developers, nonprofits, and municipalities to integrate our Perpetual Affordability & Equity (PAE) Model™—a strategic system that keeps homes affordable across generations while allowing families to build real wealth. 

 

Supporting the PAE Model™ are two additional frameworks:


  • Pathway to Stability™ – preparing families for ownership and long-term success.
     
  • Right Place Principle™ – ensuring every project is located where families can truly thrive.


We believe housing is not just about affordability, but alignment—with location, opportunity, and dignity. MPHI is the connective channel between those who build housing and those who need it most, helping create thriving, inclusive neighborhoods through innovative partnerships and data-informed strategy.
